Class Action Settlement Claim Form
Please enter your Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) or the Unique ID that was provided in the notice email or letter that was sent to you. If you would like to request a Claim Form be mailed to you, you may email info@BlueTECSettlement.ca.
The Unique ID is printed at the top of the notice that was sent to you and is a 10‑digit code including both letters and numbers.
The VIN may be located on your vehicle registration, your car title or in vehicle maintenance records from your dealer. Your Mercedes‑Benz Owner’s Manual can also direct you to the physical location of the VIN on your vehicle.
